Gifts O Faith offers shipping via the US Postal Service.
Your purchases are always packaged and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation
(except on Sundays or Holidays when the US Post Office is closed).

For domestic US First Class mail, delivery times vary from 3 - 7 business
days. For International First Class mail, delivery times are usually within 7 - 14 days,
but may take as long as 45 days due to increased customs inspections.
If you wish your items shipped Overnight Express, extra fees will apply.
We will email a special invoice to you with the correct shipping charges.
International shipping is International First Class mail by default.
No Insurance or Tracking is available for US Postal Service Parcels.

Returns and Replacements
When you receive your parcel, please take a moment to inspect the
contents for shipping damage. If you notice any, please let us know
immediately. We now offer free replacement of damaged components for 7 days after you receive your items.
Our guarantee of satisfaction extends for 30 days after you purchase
your new rosary. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, simply return
the items for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Refunds do not include shipping costs, and will be credited to
your Paypal account if that was your method of purchase.
Any other refund will be in the form of a money order.
Warranty and Repair
We offer a full
90 day repair or replacement warranty on our products.
Please include your name, address, phone number and email address
(if available) along with the item to be repaired. The customer is
responsible for shipping costs to return the item. We will contact you if repair time exceeds 7 days.
Please include a copy of your receipt or the purchase date when
returning an item for repair, as well as a note about the damage.
