The Angelic Trisagion is a hymn of praise to the
Holy Trinity. The chaplet is the official prayer of the Order of the Blessed Trinity, also known as
the Trinitarians. The Trinitarians unite with the nine choirs of Angels in praise of the Holy Trinity. The Trisagion Hymn is accepted to have been divinely
revealed at Constantinople as the praises sung by the angels in Isaiah (6:3) or Revelation (4:8). The
hymns follow the prayers of the Trisagion, and is one of the most ancient hymns in the Christian church. |
