11" Long - Custom Designed This beautiful rosary was made with 6mm and 8mm genuine amethyst beads. The 8mm beads are silver capped. A 2" tall solid pewter Cross bears a dove at the top with the symbol for family just below. The Greek "Icthus", or sign of the fish is in the center and the sun symbol at the crossbeam ends. Grapes are depicted above the olive branch at the base of the cross. Fashioned with durable nickel silver findings. $ 14.97 |

The Bible tells of a jeweled breastplate worn by Aaron, the high priest of the Hebrews. It contained twelve precious stones. The amethyst was the third stone in the third row. In the New Testament, these stones were described in the foundation of the New Jerusalem according to Revelations. Amethyst is also noted for its relation to royalty and its aid in helping the wearer to dream or remember dreams. |
