This devotional chaplet was made with 8mm round aqua blue silver capped Czech glass beads. A 1" oval silver ox Assumption Medal is attached to one end. A 1" tall silver ox Four Way Cross Medal is attached to the other end. Fashioned with durable nickel silver findings. The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is August 15th.

How to Pray the Assumption Chaplet
This Holy day of obligation celebrates the assumption
into heaven of the Blessed Virgin Mary, body and soul.

Nine bead chaplets, or "niners", are general use chaplets
with a special intention prayed on the Medal.

On the medal, say this prayer
O God, who has given joy to the world through the resurrection of your Son our Lord Jesus Christ, grant, we beseech you, that through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, his Mother, we may obtain the joys of everlasting life through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

On each set of three beads, pray
1 Our Father
1 Hail Mary
1 Glory Be

Father in heaven, all creation rightly gives you praise,
for all life and all holiness come from you.
In the plan of your wisdom She who bore the Christ in her womb was raised body and soul in glory to be with him in heaven. May we follow her example in reflecting your holiness
